3900 was Radio Fox 48 I made a mistake.
Thank you for confirming that 3945 wasn't Mike Radio.

speaking of mike radio. i now read in the september issue of the bdxc, that mike radio is now licensed to use 3.940 khz. power is 1 kw. schedule 1700 - 2300/ wed, sat sun.there are a few more dutch station who have a licence total is now 4 thanks to the british dx club for the info.
